I believe that we are in a time of great planetary shifts. This important moment in history demands that we make many choices.
Through teachings from my yogic lineage, lessons from the Red Road, & empowered living, I remind women of their magic, connect them to their intuitive, cyclical nature, & provide them with the confidence to step into feminine leadership with a regulated nervous system.
MY STORY
I’ve always wanted to be in leadership & service. When I was a teenager, I wanted to be a missionary doctor. When I was in my twenties I wanted to be a psychology professor. Now, I get to teach the lessons of a life of spiritual study and exploration. In 2020 I experienced the greatest loss and hardship of my life - depression, miscarriage, lockdown, job loss. My grit of working through those times and polishing the stones of my suffering into diamonds has given me many practical tools and mental adjustments that I now use as a basis for my life philosophy. I believe we are all Divine beings, capable of miracles.
